A wide variety of activities, from beach rugby to cheerleading, were available to take part in and there were also spectacular BMX bike displays and the opportunity to see up close the Rugby League World Cup, which will be competed for next in this country in 2022.
The day-long beach sports event was organised by Beach Sports UK in conjunction with Fylde Council and our photographer Neil Cross went along to capture the action.
